If you purchased through another retailer, returns and exchanges must be facilitated through that retailer. We cannot directly issue credit for purchases made from other websites. There is no need to call for return authorization. Please use our Returns and Exchanges portal to process your request.
Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Returns after 30 days require special authorization. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, debit, etc.). Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by Urban Transit®.
Any damaged or missing items must be reported to Customer Support within 3 days of delivery.

Maintain a copy of the tracking number of your return shipment as this is the only method to confirm delivery to our warehouse.
For most orders, store credit will be issued at the time the merchandise is successfully received in our warehouse. Please allow 2-10 days for the credit to be applied to your account. Exchanges
A pre-paid label is emailed after you submit an exchange request. $4.99 will be deducted from the refund to cover part of the shipping cost. A gift certificate code will be emailed upon receipt of the returned items. Your previous purchase cost will be deducted from your next purchase on urbantransit.com.
